    My physiotherapist recommended Pilates after a course of therapy for a back condition and it seems to have worked as I've had no recurrence of the problem. Becky is an excellent teacher who is constantly updating her skills and by introducing new exercises and equipment she keeps the sessions interesting. She is very thorough in expecting everyone to complete a medical questionnaire and then regularly asks about any current medical conditions which may affect the exercises one is able to do.

    The thing I like most is that she treats everyone individually, watching and correcting positions throughout the session. It is very hard work but the hour passes so quickly and at the end of it, it's all worth it as I feel great!"
